If you attended the a PCNNZ Conference since 2015 (all at the James Cook HGC in Wellington), then you have already created an account in this PCNNZ Conference database and can login using those same details (email address and password).

Introductory Information
  • This registration process uses uses SSL security and 128 bit data encryption for protection.
  • All currency figures are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
  • International payments (FX - funds transfer) must include any outgoing and receiving bank fees.
  • To pay by credit card (VISA & MasterCard), you need to use the PayPal option. You do not need to specifically set-up up a PayPal account during this process, although one can be used to save re-entering credit card details.
  • If you ask for the "Please Invoice" option, then we send you back banking details for payment by Direct Credit.

Privacy Statement

  • Information is collected from data provided by the registrant and is solely used for the purpose for which it was collected.
  • Information is stored on a secure server which is password protected from access by anyone other than yourself and authorised e.events staff.
  • Credit card information is not stored as part of the registrant's personal details.
  • Information stored is not, under any circumstances, sold to or exchanged with any third party interest.
  • Information is only passed to third party interest when specifically requested by the registrant. An example would be dietary requests being passed to caterers for the purpose of functions the registrant is attending.
  • Attendee lists are supplied to all registrants within the Attendee App just prior to conference time. Registrants can approve or decline publication of their specific contact details (typically name, organisation and city) by using a check box in this online registration process.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS Conference cancellations must be notified in writing (post/fax/email) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 2nd February 2024 will incur an $50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued from 2nd February 2024 onwards. Social function cancellations cannot be refunded if participation is cancelled less than 5 days prior to the event. And with Accommodation bookings, if you need to cancel within a period of 30 x days prior to the Conference, refunds of any deposits will depend upon the ability of the Conference to sell / occupy your room with a late booking. CANCELLATION POLICY The Conference reserves the right to cancel optional activities if minimum numbers are not reached. Participants who are affected by any cancellation will be personally contacted. DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SERVICES Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation letter and e-receipt will be returned to the registrant. This letter is proof that you are entitled to attendance at the conference for the relevant programme aspects, any social functions, and/or any accommodation booked on your behalf. If you need to cancel any of these bookings, please refer to the above section on that matter. DISCLAIMER Every effort has been made to present, as accurately as possible, all the information contained in this registration process and the whole website. The PCNNZ, the Organising Committee and e.events limited and their agents act only as organisers of these activities and do not accept responsibility for any act or omission on the part of the service providers. No responsibility is accepted for inaccuracy, misdescription, delay, damage, personal injury or death. The Conference Programme Committee reserves the right to change any or the entire business programme.

PAYMENT SECTION

This PCNNZ Conference database is a repeating database - it shows figures below dating back to 2015 in Wellington. So please don't be confused - the "Amount Payable" is the crucial figure for you.

To pay by credit card (VISA & MasterCard), you can use the PayPal option. Setting up a PayPal account is free - go to www.paypal.com
If you ask for the "Please Invoice" option, then we send you back banking details for payment by Direct Credit.
Payment by Direct Credit is our preferred method of receiving payment for NZ registrations and account details are supplied with the Invoice.

Please be aware that most Te Whatu Ora regions now require the addition of a Purchase Order number to all invoices, before they can be submitted for payment. If you have such a number already, please choose the 2nd Payment option below and insert that number when requested.
If, however, you have still to acquire such a number, then choose the 1st Payment option and you will need to add the PO number manually. Or, you are very welcome to email me with that PO Number and I can add it and send you back a revised invoice.
