CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS ASM cancellations must be notified in writing (post/email) to the ASM Management. Cancellations received before 1st August 2025 will incur an $50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued from 2nd August 2025 onwards. Social function cancellations cannot be refunded if participation is cancelled less than 5 days prior to the event. And with Accommodation bookings, if you need to cancel within a period of 30 x days prior to the ASM, refunds of any deposits will depend upon the ability of the ASM to sell / occupy your room with a late booking. CANCELLATION POLICY The ASM reserves the right to cancel optional activities if minimum numbers are not reached. Participants who are affected by any cancellation will be personally contacted. DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SERVICES Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation letter and e-receipt will be returned to the registrant. This letter is proof that you are entitled to attendance at the conference for the relevant programme aspects, any social functions, and/or any accommodation booked on your behalf. If you need to cancel any of these bookings, please refer to the above section on that matter.
