Introductory Information
  • This registration process uses uses SSL security and 128 bit data encryption for protection.
  • All currency figures are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include the NZ GST of 15%.
  • International payments (FX - funds transfer) must include any outgoing and receiving bank fees.

Privacy Statement

  • Information is collected from data provided by the registrant and is solely used for the purpose for which it was collected.
  • Information is stored on a secure server which is password protected from access by anyone other than yourself and authorised e.events staff.
  • Credit card information is not stored as part of the registrant's personal details.
  • Information stored is not, under any circumstances, sold to or exchanged with any third party interest.
  • Information is only passed to third party interest when specifically requested by the registrant. An example would be dietary requests being passed to caterers for the purpose of functions the registrant is attending.
  • Attendee lists are supplied to all registrants with registration material at conference time. Registrants will provide consent (a check box on the online registration form) for specific contact details (typically name, organisation and city) to be made available.

Saturday Afternoon Activities

Shuttle bus for Coronet leaves Millennium 12:40pm. Participants buy their own lift passes and/or hire gear on the hill.

Wine tasting with Andrew Harrison. Using wines from his own collection, Andrew will present an overview of NZ Pinot Noir, with particular focus on the differences in style between some of the Central Otago regions, and to compare those styles with Waipara, Martinborough, Marlborough and Burgundy. Limited to just 12pax and starts 2pm in the restaurant area at the Millennium. Beverage and accompanying food provided.

Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS ASM cancellations must be notified in writing (post/email) to the ASM Management. Cancellations received before 10th July 2023 will incur an $50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued from 10th July 2023 onwards. Social function cancellations cannot be refunded if participation is cancelled less than 5 days prior to the event. And with Accommodation bookings, if you need to cancel within a period of 30 x days prior to the ASM, refunds of any deposits will depend upon the ability of the ASM to sell / occupy your room with a late booking. CANCELLATION POLICY The ASM reserves the right to cancel optional activities if minimum numbers are not reached. Participants who are affected by any cancellation will be personally contacted. DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SERVICES Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation letter and e-receipt will be returned to the registrant. This letter is proof that you are entitled to attendance at the conference for the relevant programme aspects, any social functions, and/or any accommodation booked on your behalf. If you need to cancel any of these bookings, please refer to the above section on that matter. DISCLAIMER Every effort has been made to present, as accurately as possible, all the information contained in this registration process and the whole website. Payment

Please be aware that most Te Whatu Ora regions now require the addition of a Purchase Order number to all invoices, before they can be submitted for payment. If you have such a number already, please choose the 2nd Payment option below and insert that number when requested.
If, however, you have still to acquire such a number, then choose the 1st Payment option and you will need to add the PO number manually. Or, you are very welcome to email me with that PO Number and I can add it and send you back a revised invoice.
